HISTORY, HORSES, AND HOOPS...some of my favorite things to paint!

The intricacies of dollar bills combined with colorful abstract backgrounds come together for unique and bold artwork!  I like to create these mixed media paintings on large canvases, primarily using acrylics, paper, spray paint, gold leaf. Each one has its start with a certain denomination, and then I add my own creativity  to it relative to the central figure on the bill. Perfect for history buffs and a definite conversation starter piece of artwork.

Residing near Saratoga Springs and its famous race course inspires me to create paintings that include some of the most famous horses to not only have raced at Saratoga, but also have graced the cover of magazines.

As a former basketball player you know I have to include some references to the best game in the world :)
