Read Between the (head)Lines Original Painting

 This one is called Read Between the (head)Lines. It's acrylic, newsprint, spray paint, gold leaf, and poscapens on canvas. Most of my art has some sort of story behind it, and this one is a tribute to the behind the scenes hard work and perseverance that goes into becoming great at anything, using the GOAT, Michael Jordan, as an example.

The small writing on the canvas spells out "the headlines won't tell you about 13,790 missed shots it took to get to greatest of all time status. What does this mean for the rest of us? It means that despite all your hard work, sometimes your best shot is still a miss."
